Thirsty For Change.

Half full? Half empty?
How about more choices for what’s in the glass?

You can help bring new business options and opportunities to Lansdowne through updated beverage laws.

Would you like to go to neighborhood restaurants that offer adult beverages, like a place to enjoy a beer with a burger or to have a glass of wine or cocktail paired with a fine dining experience right here in Lansdowne? If so, please support the efforts of the Moving Lansdowne Forward Committee, allowing up to 3 restaurant (not bar) liquor licenses in Lansdowne.

Locations & Events To Sign The Petition

Thanks to the dedication of the volunteers of the Moving Lansdowne Forward Committee, local businesses, and residents who are #ThirstyForChange, we received 1483 petition signatures between February 19, 2019 and March 11, 2019. The success of this campaign has led to the addition of a liquor law referendum question on the upcoming 2019 primary ballot. The question will allow residents to vote if they are in favor of a change to Lansdowne's liquor laws to allow up to 3 restaurant liquor licenses to be transferred into the borough.
